Made some horns for my Sylvie Halloween costume, will keep you all updated on the progress 💜🎃 I used cardboard to make the main head piece, then the horns are made of tinfoil, shaped into desired shape then taped onto the main head piece. Then covered in layers of Pva glue and paint to create a smoother finish. I've attached two hairbands to the back (elastic would be better) to allow me to wear it easily.
