NEXT LEVEL
Recently six of our most talented operations staff from around the country joined the ‘NEXT LEVEL’ programme which included workshops, secondment and working group projects.
‘NEXT LEVEL’ is a development programme for staff looking for leadership career growth opportunities within Crown. Our first 2-day workshop in Auckland was facilitated by Tristan Cavanagh – Operations Training Manager and Lesley Beecham – HR Manager. Unfortunately, this was cut short by the announcement of NZ moving into a snap lockdown.
Lesley Beecham commented, “What a truly amazing group of people – we are so fortunate at Crown to have such skilled and experienced staff who want to advance into leadership roles within the company and it’s an absolute pleasure to help Tristan facilitate a programme that will take them to their NEXT Career Level”.
“It was fantastic to get the ‘NEXT LEVEL’ team together in Auckland as we look to give our top talents the opportunity to develop their leadership skills. It was awesome to have Leon Hulme, Managing Director of Crown NZ kick things off and present ‘NEXT LEVEL’ shirts to the team. It certainly wasn’t part of the plan for the ‘NEXT LEVEL’ programme to be Level-4 mid event, however, with the wonderful help of Debs Briggs, we were able to quickly return everyone back to their families during what was a very tense period. Fingers crossed we are able to get the ‘NEXT LEVEL’ team back together when it is safe to do so.” Tristan Cavanagh.
