uh oh! your character is watching mine get hit on and is feeling possessive. how does your character handle this?
The former alpha doesn't know why this unsettles him, but it does.
It's not as though the orphaned beta's life was any of his business anymore since it's quite evident that he's taken up residence in both Scott's house and pack--but Scott was his friend--his brother. The sheer audacity he has to speak to Allison in such a flirtatious matter does manage to rub him the wrong way, however. By virtue of being a new addiction to Scott's /pack/ he has an unwritten obligation to not tread on cautious territory -- especially with Allison and Scott in such a vulnerable state; not just the darkness around their hearts, but something a little more adolescent--they're both still in rebound stages of their relationship.
The last thing either of them wants is something that will detriment their friendship--especially when it comes in the form of one of their friends.
Of course, expressing concern for someone he pretends not to particularly care for is a bit difficult when he doesn't want to make it obvious. He settles for subtle, because that's all he can manage with this particular human.
"---Hey. Scott needs you."
The manner in which he addresses Isaac is curt as he jerks his head off in one direction to signify that Scott was there. Promptly, he turns his attention to Allison as Isaac walks away, his arms folded as he closes the distance between them and speaks low, but he doesn't meet her eyes as he does.
"I know you think this is apart of the process of 'moving on,' and that I'm probably the last person you want to hear this from--but don't do anything stupid, Allison. If none of my words mean anything to you then at least you should know that I speak from experience."
He wouldn't outwardly say it, but to some degree he does care for Allison--he cares about all of Scott's friends.
