What do you do when you have two boyfriends who are clingy beasts? Suffocate, apparently.
"Valko, get off of me! I need to get up!"
That didn't seem to convince the werewolf to let go of you. He was still sleepy, because both of you had just woken up. His beefy arm and fluffy tail were both wrapped around your body.
"Mmm, no," came his sleepy response, eyes closed and nose pressed tight in the crook of your neck. "You've today off. There's no reason to let you go when you smell so delicious."
He breathed you in deeply, and his tongue peeked out to lick your throat. "You sweated during the night. Your smell is so intense, how do you think I could let you go?" His hold onto you strengthened, and he nuzzled his whole face on the spot he previously licked.
"Eww, Valko," you swatted at him, too gently to actually make him stir a muscle. "Who's fault do you think it is?"
"Mine," he responded, and of course, he was nothing but proud.
The war was already lost, but a spark of hope flickered when the door of your bedroom opened, and Sylus stepped inside, dressed up for bedtime.
"Sylus, help me!"
"With what, sweetie?" his tone was smarmy, and he looked pleased seeing you plastered onto the bed.
"I need to get up and start my day, but Valko won't let go of me, he just wants to keep smelling me!" The offending werewolf had already fallen back asleep once he made sure you were tight in his embrace.
Sylus pondered your plea for a few seconds, before he made his way to the bed, and plopped onto it, encircling you on your previously empty side.
"Sylus, what are you doing, I thought you were going to help me!" The fiendish dragon had already gathered you tight as well, his arm slipping in between Valko's one and his tail.
"You slept all night with the mutt while I worked, and now when I come to sleep, you want to get up? Don't I deserve some sleepy cuddles with my soulmate as well?"
You wanted to be irritated by Sylus' teasing words, but his gentle kisses to your cheeks and temple placated you. He was being sweet, and yes, he did deserve to cuddle with you too. You loved cuddling with Sylus.
And yes, this was your day off, you could catch up on some sleep and relax with your lovers as well. After all, the bed was so soft, comfy and warm...
You were falling back asleep fast.
"Finally, some peace..." Valko's muttered words and kiss on your neck were the last things you remembered before falling back into the land of dreams.
Notes: Somehow, Valko ended up being the first LI outside of Sylus and Zayne that I've written in a romantic scene. As you can tell, he's been warmly welcomed into my harem. But don't worry, SnowCrow are still on top for me, Valko hasn't been able to dethrone them, but he is so silly and cute, and I already love him! This short idea popped into my head, and I just had to write it down. Speaking of short ideas, I do intend to push myself to write shorter things that I can post more frequently, because I have the tendency to stick with long ideas that take a long time to get out of WIP hell. My long fic should be updated pretty soon as well, I took a longer break than usual from writing to focus on some other stuff, but I have the next chapter almost done.
