Learning the process by looping it. Analogue signal, digitally transferred. Noise becomes language.
Captured from a Crown C-600V CRT using a Sony Handycam CCD-TR680E (Hi8) and Zoom H2n (audio). Video transferred to Mac via S-Video capture card. Audio brought in over USB. Compiled in DaVinci Resolve, desaturated, flicker added, and output as looping MP4.
Signal becomes memory. Static becomes motion. Process becomes artefact.
