giving ahato glasses is an idea thats lived in my brain since about 2022 btw Lol. im glad i circled back to it

#crushama25 #she needed glasses in octo valley too. she just did not seek getting them.#and now they dont remember that being a problem. bc being sanitized gave them crazy stupid sharp night vision #the one and only benefit of it perhaps. but thats going away now.#and obviously as ahato's treatment progresses the other eye will start going back to normal too #... so then she'll have to go get new prescriptions again. a lot. probably.#good luck ahato

What was your favorite part of making 14-crush ?

i think probably crush is best known for the desanitized event--for good reason, i still love it, and more serious moments will obviously stick with people more most of the time-- but honestly? doing these funny little asks reminded me of how much fun it is to just draw characters hanging out doing stupid banter with each other and having a one sided conversation with some guy on the internet. its fun. i like writing stuff like that.

i know this blog isn't following splatoon 3 lore but are ahato's name or pronouns changing at all? very hyped to see the blog back btw even if it's temporary, i missed these silly guys

im keeping "Ahato" as "Ahato" for the sake of keeping them differentiated from Acht. I think that's easier for everyone. LOL

as for pronouns, ahato has actually been she/they since before side order was even revealed! its something i kind of randomly confirmed after the blog was over and ive never gotten the chance to demonstrate that in actual posts so i'm not surprised most people don't really know about it. (three is too!)

been feeling a bit under the weather today and although it got better in the middle it is starting to claim me again so i might turn in for now and just chill the rest of the evening.
