The times
Times could be better for me right now. To my surprise, my rabbit is not allowed in the house and is staying in the garage for the time being. This came as an enormous shock to me because everybody living at the house said that would be fine including the landlords nephew. Come today i find that it's not ok and so we brainstorm ways i can keep Gunther and settle with him staying in the garage for the time being. The long term plan being him outside during the day in the shade, and bringing him into the garage at night so as not to be harassed by the nighttime animals. The results are the person I'm subleasing from has an attitude and me being frightened of the landlords for them forcing me out if i choose to keep the rabbit. If it becomes too much of a hassle, i might ask some family members if they can take care of him for the summer until i get into a place that will allow my rabbit inside where he belongs. Angela has been amazing through this process. She's been supporting me and she was the one that came up with the compromise. She and her mother actually came to the house after i was at work and moved him into the garage for me. I offered to pay the extra power bills that may occur with Günther being in the garage with the light on and if that's the case I'm going to replace the bulbs with LED lights so as to lower my overall cost, save energy, and when i move out the landlords will have bulbs they never have to replace practically. And to top it all off i don't have a key to the garage to see Günther or to grab the other half of my stuff that's not in the house. Oh yeah and yesterday my brake on my car locked up and started smoking so I'm out of a car for at least a week. Hooray for public transport. So yeah, lots of stuff.
