"Proper" Zacharie ref since his design has changed, at least for me.
Personal notes below, both from the ref and additional
- Zacharies face is permanently unknown and under no circumstances is his face ever shown. He is always wearing a mask. If he doesn't have his mask on his face is obscured or not visible from the viewers perspective.
- His tattoos change, and have no consistent design. It typically varies depending on the situation. However the design on the far left is the 'neutral'.
- Zacharie is fairly tall, taller then Batter but slightly shorter than Queen (in my HC shes the tallest humanoid in OFF)
- Mysterious, not much is well known about him and his orgins and he prefers to keep it that way.
- Backpack can carry anything and everything. Some Elsen say that it has its own pocket dimension... that would be silly though!
- One of his eyes are slightly off, and when shifting his eyes around it often looks tilted or slanted. It may also drift.
- Specters tend to... avoid him, for some reason. If hes in a room with them they leave him alone or just leave outright.
- Big shoe...
- Piercings! He has snakebites but for the most part they are not visible.
- Zacharie is multilingual. He speaks French, Spanish, and English.
- Zacharie has a different relationship to Elsen depending on the Zone. Zone 1 Elsen don't perceive him as much of a threat but are somewhat weary of him. Hes made peace with alot of the miner Elsen, and they often buy from him sometimes for lunch or otherwise. Hes generally allowed everywhere in the Zone 1, maybe except the Offices which he has sneakily hid himself in and has formed a sort of storage unit.
- Zone 2 Elsen do have an odd appreciation of him, since he was once sort of their "boss" over at the circus and also owns a mall there. He sort of has a hold on Zone 2's entertainment and shops since he has pretty solid place there, and used to have further association with Japhet before everything went fucky. Albeit, its always been fucky in Zone 2, in his opinion... but, who is he to judge? That isnt his place. Anyways, hes fine there. All of the Elsen also see him pretty neutrally, although they think some of the stuff he sells now is... unsafe... and dangerous. Has a little less business then he would like but he makes it work.
- Zone 3 is basically a no-no place for him. Enoch already doesn't like him much because of his perceived competition and hold that he has on other zones, so he typically is kept out and is booted out on site. Zacharie doesn't know much about this zones residence because of Enochs very very strong hold on the Zone, and that his presence is very much unwelcome. He usually has to be pretty sneaky if he wants to sell in this area, but he tends to not bother with it. If he *does* come into the zone and intends to stay, his backpack is often confiscated. (Like that could stop him...)
- The red room?... Oh, the royals place. No, thats for sure not his place-- he will try and make a liiiitttle bit of money though...
- Zone 0 is practically his home, the place he goes to relax and sit and basically not do much. Its also where he takes care of Sugar since shes... not feeling well, to put it lightly.
- Sugar and Zacharies relationship is unknown, but its clear that Zacharie cares a good bit about her as he does see her as someone fairly important to him. He also is sort of a caretaker for her, and admittedly supplies her with the sugar she is often surrounded by. Its for free, of course.

For Mordecai, meeting the other townsfolk was... a bit of a struggle. But he met everyone eventually. He also got to learn some more about himself along the way.
