[T-9-21-21]: Cry Macho movie!!! Wow! This movie was WAY better than I thought it would be. The trailers for this was okay but didnt sell me on it. I saw it cuz...Clint Eastwood reasons, i guess? 🤷♂️🤷♀️ Anywho, the movie is based on a novel. Takes place in 1979-1980. Adventure. Movie has so much adventure! Love it! Basically, Mike is a old famous cowboy in Texas that gets fired by his boss. Then a few weeks later Mike's boss task him to...'go to Mexico to take his son from his ex wife and bring him to Texas.' [What a plot!] "Why Mike? Cuz reasons!" Anyway, Mike finds the kid and all these adventures happen along the way. It was so good! Cinematography was great. Scenes with the Mike and his boss ex wife was spicy. A bit nonsensical but spicy! Maybe i was misunderstood the dialogue? 🤷♂️🤷♀️ Chill vibes and Music were great. The Mexican culture is well shown through the movie. Dem quotes...i gotta post some quotes from the film. Some of them were, "Cant trust noone on the streets." "Being macho is overrated." "U think u have all the answers but when u get older you realize you know nothing." Deep! The desert bar keeper and Mike scenes were awesome. Felt like a video game at times. Mike love of animals added so much to the movie. It gave the movie more heart. Cry Macho is a surprisingly fun, funny, adventurous movie with alot of heart! U will feel things, laugh, and get caught in the suspense of the movie.
