❀ Squonk Species

A species flag for anybody who identifies as/with the Pennsylvanian cryptid Squonk.
One may feel like an unsightly beast trapped in skin that doesn't fit, be unhappy (possibly due to their appearance), avoid anything that shows one's reflection, cry constantly and leave tear-stained trails wherever one goes, have webbed feet (but only on the left side), be active only during twilight and dusk, and feel as though one may burst into tears and dissolve into puddles if surprised, frightened, or cornered.
Or one could simply like squonks and relate to them. There are no rules.
The ridges at the top and bottom represent squonks being lumpy and having sagging skin, the waves represent tears spilling, and the colors are what I imagine a squonk to be colored like. Kinda like a pig with jaundice. Also the lines on second flag represents being wet and soppy and full of tears.
I cannot express how much coloring this flag gave me trouble.
