I'll be participating in Camp Weehawken this year so I made a younger design of Cryptidler specifically for it.

Camp [stats?]

• Name : Kae (pronounced like the letter K)

• Pronouns : he/they

• Age : 15

Kae is immortal due to a rather unfortunate curse, however he's not quite smart enough to realize that doesn't mean they're invincible, so they get into a lot of mischief believing that nothing can really stop him.

Rules bore him but punishments usually bore them more so any rule following is purely to save them from thinking too much.

Okay, so I made a Onceler AU character.

I call them Cryptidler but that can be changed if someone has already made a Cryptidler since I made this character like a few days ago.

The concept of this AU is that when the Lorax threatened the Onceler to leave, he actually cursed the Onceler. That curse was that the Onceler could never leave the forest (Literally never, he's, unfortunately, immortal now). On top of that, he would become more and more cryptid-like as time went on so that his mere presence would prevent other people from ever wanting to harm (or even enter) the forest again.

His design will probably change a bit (as you can probably tell from the notes on his design in the picture)

Kae won't admit it, but they really are excited. So much fun to have, so little time~

It just fits the journey to the west vibes so perfectly.

And the 3 soldier, poet, and king make me think of how I got you into the onceler with Sabie so I sort of connect it like soldier> Kae, Poet>Monk, King > Archive
