No need to feel like you cant be sad. Even the smallest memory gives you every right to be sad. like i said he was just a background character in my life even though ive known him since 2nd grade, but now Im just full of regret

it's just - when my grandfather died, i could be sad, he was my grandfather, he was family. but this is a super great friend i had for like, nine months before we stopped talking and then suddenly died on me. it's like, it's almost a dream that we were ever friends it was so intense but brief. it's like losing apart of myself.

am i making sense?

the last time i talked to him i was an asshole. i was always so mad at him because he would shoot up and i told him he was better than that. i stopped talking to him because of it. i always cared, but having an addictive personality meshed with his lifestyle would have brought me under and i couldn't deal with it. i wish i hadn't been an asshole the last time we spoke, i wish i had seen him one more time and laughed with him. i have videos of him, no pictures. i feel lost, shabbir. i feel like i killed him.
