Hi everyone! Sorry I’ve been away for a while.
I wanted to address commissions since I’ve been getting some messages regarding them. I’m going to be frank and say that I honestly don’t have time to do commissions now because I recently moved to a different state for a new job and basically feeling all kinds of stress. For those who don’t already known, art is not my main job...my main job is in healthcare! With this pandemic going on, work is a top priority right now and unfortunately art is on the back burner at the moment. Of course I will still be drawing for my own enjoyment! I just don’t want to put in half-assed effort into commission work when I’m physically and mentally not into it because I’m dealing with stuff at the hospital all day. Maybe I will open them again once everything starts settling down.
I hope those who want commissions understand and continue to stay safe out there, please wear a mask!

genuinely kind of insane to me the way people who consider themselves liberal and leftist are often scared of the word racist. like this is white fragility 101 but it is so off-putting to me when i encounter it irl. you can say you support poc and that you have anti-racist values but are you going to take the time to consider that it is a lifelong journey unpacking the implicit biases you have lived with your entire life? and that if someone is saying you might have been racist it's not a synonym for You Are A Bad Person, it's a call to step back and reflect on your actions? because if you center your own discomfort with regards to racism above all else you really are not making a safe space at all. & are simply just posturing as such

going to a doctor for the first time in like 2 years AND it’s a new doctor AND the first time i’ve scheduled smth medical for myself as an adult. everyone clap and cheer for me i’m being so brave
literally why would even bruce have the pretenses of duke being normal. “bruce thinks duke is his most normal child but he’s not!” bruce met duke when he was 8 years old trying to outsmart the riddler. and then again at 15/16 when after being extremely traumatized he joins and leads a movement of vigilante teenagers and also singlehandedly tries to cure bruce’s amnesia by jumping in front of a train. bruce is the least likely person to ever think duke is normal
