Hi! I wasn't really sure how to go about this, so I went with advice on how to develop/improve them. I also went ahead and included a crystal card too since I know some people use crystals to strengthen abilities and stuff. Hope this all makes sense, I'm still getting over a cold so it might get kinda rambly in areas.
The first card to come out was The World. This is a card associated with achievements and ends of cycles. I feel like this suggests a sense of mastery in some area. With the topic of this reading, I feel like this would be related to a psychic ability that you are aware of and have been consciously working on developing/growing. Basically, I feel like you have, or are getting close to, mastering this certain skill.
The second card to come out was The Moon. This is often associated with the unknown. I would take this as verification that there are more abilities that you have not discovered yet. You may have some suspicions about them though, but I don't think you've really explored them yet.
The third card to come out was The Star. This card is often associated with healing. I could see this suggesting some healer type of abilities. There are lots of ways that people can act as healers, so this does leave quite a few possibilities. I know there are people that do Reiki and/or life-coaching stuff, so those may be things that interest you. This could also be like you going towards something that lets you get out there and use your talents to help others as a healer. Like even being a tarot reader so that you can give people advice that need it.
Under the deck was the 3 of Wands. This is basically having to wait to see how your efforts pay off. To me, I feel like this is basically saying that any further abilities will be revealed to you in time.
Overall, I feel like you do have more abilities, which you likely suspect. I don't think it is time just yet for you to fully realize these abilities (perhaps there is something else that you have to learn or focus on first). I do think that there is something related to being a healer for you and that may be something that you are needing to think about how you'll use those skills.
The crystal card was Citrine. This card does talk about how meditating with Citrine can help you absorb information and see a positive outcome to a situation, as well as enhancing your aura. Yellow is associated with the Solar Plexus chakra so that may have some relevance for you. This can also be interpreted with you being/acting as a positive healing energy to others and yourself.
