Bloodstone is known to create room for new possibilities while keeping undesirable influences out, this can support the dreamer in finding new options or resources within their dream. Allowing for the potential for a new outcome to occur within the dream. The stone also has the potential to be used during dream journaling and dream recall and while using the GAIA dream method.

Chevron Amethyst, represents clarity

Bloodstone, represents patience

Blue Kyanite, represents truthful communication

Pressed rose petals, collected by me and represents fernweh (far-sickness)

Two found rocks, unsure of exact types for now, they represent adventure

2 sets of 3 candles. The first set was yellow and the second red. Yellow is my favorite color but red was a "random" pick. Representative for the flame of life, of the soul.

Night Ritual

To clear any residual thoughts or feelings I first meditated while cleansing myself with a eucalyptus bundle.

"I light this bundle with the intention to clear any mental blockages and mental tension"

"I surround myself in smoke with the intention of clearing mental blockages and mental tension" I envision tension floating away from my body as the smoke does.

To connect to my night stone of choice, bloodstone, I stand outside under the moonlight placing the stone upon a slab of selenite. I speak my intention out loud several times until my intent is firm.

"I cleanse my crystal under the moonlight with the intention of releasing any collected energy from last nights dream scape, today's journey, or my touch." "I cleanse my bloodstone crystal under the moonlight with the intention of creating a connection with the stone. Fostering patience and proving enhancement in my ability to see possibility and choice in my dreams tonight."

I place the crystal next to my bed, repeating the process to some capacity tomorrow. Always offering gratitude to the crystal when I wake.
