Let it be known that recognizing people of potential important is not an area  he fails in. People of potential import have an air and hold themselves in a different way than those who would like to think they're important. In fact Sebastian was fairly certain he didn't recognize her at all. But shew as someone to keep his eyes on. Someone not to lose track of.

Did that change the fact that he was staring at his book like a bored teenager who had been commanded not to leave his post? No. Of course not. Sebastian looked entirely bored out of his mind, whatever he was instructed to learn this week simply wasn't to his liking (not that this fact mattered one bit). He didn't even shift in response to her. He was getting better at this.

Well isn't this just a lovely turn of events. Okay. So. The thing is that while it's true that Aurel is more than just passingly fond of Honey (a fact attested to by the lump of amber in his pocket) Honey is the exception and not the rule. Aurel is not fond of Seers. In fact, Seers are on his list of least favourite things ever because Aurel doesn't believe in predestination, or in being able to See things because from what Aurel knows of the universe it's a lot better not to know things.

Which means it's a really rare thing for a Seer to walk into his Clan's building. Which means a few of the Council members might be drifting the newer Clanmembers out of the room while he straightens and walks to greet the woman.
