Can you tell me the properties of an aquamarine crystal,how to use,what it's good for,where it's from and how many times do I need to charge it eg sage/sunlight etc

Properties/what it’s good for: It has the characteristics of a calming ocean. It is soothing, relaxing and cleansing. It embodies all things connected to the sea. It is good for coming over the fear of speaking and helps you articulate your thoughts and respond rapidly. It gives you quiet courage and, being a calming stone, allows you to keep your cool in confrontations. It is good for compromise and negotiation. 

How to use: Meditate with it (keep it in your hands, on your lap, or near you while meditating), keep it around you, or carry it in your pocket when you leave the house. It is also good for safe travels when travelling over the sea. 

Where it’s from: Brazil, Canada, India, Mexico, Pakistan, Russia

How many times to charge it: Depends on how much you’re using it. If you’re using it a lot, try at the end of each week. If you’re not using it too much, every 3 weeks or every month. Or, whenever your intuition tells you to.

Should I keep my aquamarine crystal on me all the time or only when I feel I need it?

Only when you feel you need it. 

Update: It doesn’t really matter! Crystals effect us once they’re with us continuously, so if you keep it on you all the time, it will have its effects on you without you knowing it. Maybe the more you keep it on you, the less you’ll feel like you need it.
