I keep seeing intense discussion of csa/cse being untagged because it's clearly and solely anti-csa/cse (I think people often think that it's somehow not triggering when people are discussing it to condemn it).
I'm really not very good at tagging, but there are a few things that I often use as indicators as to whether a post should be tagged with a trigger warning:
If it at all describes (even vaguely) a specific incident, image, video, etc, then I tag it.
If it uses phrases like "Most people can't imagine the pain..." and "Unless you've been through this, you wouldn't know..." then I tag it.
If it uses visceral or emotionally powerful phrases (like "violating innocent little kids" and "I still see it when I close my eyes at night") to describe the act, image, video, etc, then I tag it.
If it's a long post that begins light but gets heavier as it goes along, then I tag it.
There are probably more but I've never written them all out before, it's like an automated system in my brain, and I do judge on a case by case basis or sometimes forget tags.
I'll add on if/when I think of some more things, and feel free to add your own.

"How is that supposed to help that kid?" "I'm making sure it doesn't end up with an unsuitable mother." Like?? A teenage girl has been abused and raped and Social Services only care about the baby.
