(Succubuds) for curious anons who aren’t in the server the argument non was refering to was this;

So one staff member mentioned there was gonna be server maintenance “Discord server will be down for maintenance!” With out any other indication on what that could mean, after a few it came back up and was announced channels got deleted one of which were a super important channel people lost all their Frankenstein parts to make their myos and someone brought it up in the now deleted questions chat the response was simply “your fault we announced it” when no they didn’t. Usually servers will give you a heads up to save everything before deleting stuff and when that was mentioned the response was basically “To bad” the one member who spoke up in general got dog piled by 4 staff (2 of the owners and 2 higher rank staff)

The new owners and staff are very passive aggressive it’s no wonder why that place is dead. They claim to accept criticism but as soon as it’s negative feedback they get aggressive, at least the old owner allowed negative feedback and actually did something about it.

i cant speak for all of them but a lot of these asks have come from people sharing a dm so we definitely noticed

We're going to keep this somewhat short since we honestly do not have the time for it. We are ignoring your asks because it is all the same thing worded differently with insults sprinkled in between. We aren't going to post your asks if you are just insulting and rude, you are not entitled to us posting you or receiving our attention when this is how you would like to communicate (childishly). We honestly think it is immature on your side for having a dm just about our blog! Which might I add we do not post as often as we used to, and you are still obsessing over us after months and months of sending in your asks. Once again, we are not here to cater to your online experience. There are thousands of other blogs on tumblr you can ask on. If you are this pressed on our blog allowing people to talk about whatever they want whether it be complaining, venting, or a doc (with proof) please just make your own blog or go to another. You aren't entitled to anything we do, say, or post. We will not be replying to your groups constant asks and insults on the same topic. 🍈

does anyone else feel odd about the star touched trait in symps? like, in the bio it talks about how it's common for symps to cut into themselves to make the glowing scars, i feel like it almost aestheticizes sh in a way?? does anyone else get that vibe?

I believe it is more akin to scarification, as it says on the website. Scarification is a body modification much like tattoos that often come with cultural, religious, or social significance. I assume there is lore that goes along with the star touched trait and the significance of scarification but I'm not too versed in symps. Scarification is really cool though, I do recommend you look that up, anon. 🍈

the redesign for sym-1170 genuinely makes me want to throw up. can't even tell that it's a symprite anymore, but i can tell that the owner redesigned it and every symprite they get for the reason of trade flipping. i feel so bad for the original designers.

So, Saunt is now also treating disabilities and what are referred to as "deformities" as trait behind a paywall?

I totally wrote a message and forgot to post this. I am INCREDIBLY disappointed in her decision with this. Why are amputations and blindness now lineage locked behind a paywall? I know Saunt didn't put any thought into this. She really needs to reevaluate the lineage locked traits. Can you be that uncreative to not make your own traits but instead take disabilities and make those a lineage only trait? It really grinds my gears. She said she isn't sure about the eyeless one which she SHOULD BE. Missing paws were NOT an attribute chows "couldn't have in the first place" there are many chows on the ml with missing limbs. I hope she takes both of those lineage traits off. 🍈

When I was leaving C-S I was gifting a lot of my items to a friend of mine. I got a lot of the items I had from the shop and the weekly stuff, but never had a use for it because I found the long wait times and prompts to be boring. I didn’t stay very long in the species.

While trading my items, they got stuck in limbo for over two weeks. I had left the server, so my friend who I was gifting to asked the mods. We basically got told a very vague “we are investigating this trade!”

So we were under the impression that they thought I was multi-accounting.

A few more weeks go by with nothing and my friend asks again what’s going on, because we’re both very frustrated as I was waiting to submit a Kitbull design for my friend and some of the items needed to be traded back to me.

Mods basically say to DM Corrin on site because we are being investigated for CHEATING and they don’t wanna discuss it in the server.

So I DM Corrin and get told that because a majority of the items I was trading were received for free, and there was so many, I got flagged automatically for cheating. Which pissed me off because why not tell us that at the start instead of making us wait twiddling our thumbs for over a month for an explanation we could have been given at the very start.

All in all I think C-S is one of the most poorly run species out there. It’s carried almost exclusively by its scarcity, and the fact that the mods/owners are popular designers. No one seems to care at all by the ridiculous wait times because “well the site is soooo pretty!!” And it’s like. Yeah the site IS pretty! But also some of these people are spending 400+ on chibi designs while they wait 2 months for their kitbull to get approved. There’s so many issues with C-S that seemingly no one ever talks about or acknowledges? And I left pretty early on in my stay there just because I saw quite a few red flags that everyone else seemed blind to.
