This was the cheesiest and most saucy pizza I have ever made. I started with the garlic herb pizza dough from @traderjoes and covered it with a traditional marinara and vegan mozzarella cheese. Did you know their fresh pizza doughs are also vegan? I then sauteed some garlic, onion, bell pepper, scotch bonnet and pancetta to cover the cheese. Lastly added sliced tomatoes and sundried tomatoes. I used the oil from the sundrieds to cover the crust so it was nice and crispy after it baked. When she came out, she got a couple of fresh basil leaves. I also fried a piece of dough and ate it carnival style.
