Frita Cubana is a flavorful and spicy Cuban hamburger known for its unique blend of spices and toppings. This recipe brings the taste of Cuba to your kitchen, with a juicy beef patty seasoned to perfection and served on a toasted bun with a zesty sauce.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup finely diced onions. 1/4 cup finely diced bell peppers. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 tsp cumin. 1 tsp paprika. 1/2 tsp salt. 1/4 tsp black pepper. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup mustard. 1/4 cup diced pickles. 4 burger buns. Vegetable oil for frying.
Instructions: Put the garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a bowl and mix them with the ground beef. Put the patties in the fridge for 30 minutes after making them. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. It should take about 4 to 5 minutes per side to fry the patties until they are done inside and crispy on the outside. Put the diced pickles, mustard, and ketchup in a different bowl. Mix them together to make a sauce. You can toast the burger buns in a pan or on a grill until they get a little brown. Put the sauce on the buns that have been toasted. Put the cooked patties on the buns. If you want, you can add more pickles or onions. Make sure the Cuban hamburgers are hot, and enjoy them!
