Ingredients: 1 lb white fish fillets such as cod or tilapia. 1/4 cup olive oil. 1 tsp cumin. 1 tsp paprika. Salt and pepper to taste. 8 small corn tortillas. 1 cup shredded green cabbage. 1 cup diced mango. 1/2 cup diced red onion. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1/4 cup fresh lime juice. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 2 tbsp adobo sauce from canned chipotle peppers. 1 tbsp lime zest. 1 clove garlic, minced. Instructions: Put cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl and mix them together. Apply the mix to the fish fillets with a brush. Set the grill or pan on medium-high heat. Grill the fish for three to four minutes on each side, or until it's done all the way through. Warm up the corn tortillas for about one minute on each side in the oven or on the grill while the fish is cooking. Put the diced mango, red onion, cilantro, and shredded cabbage in a different bowl. Add lime juice and toss. To make the chipotle lime crema, mix the mayonnaise, adobo sauce, lime zest, and garlic powder in a different bowl using a whisk. Place some grilled fish on top of each warm tortilla to make the tacos. Put some citrus mango slaw on top and drizzle some chipotle lime crema over it. Serve your Cuban Fish Tacos right away and enjoy them!
