Cuba is the type of person who finds one person to latch on to and tries to protect them from everything. The first person he found was Spain. The time when he was Spain’s colony was the best. He hates America because America intervened and took Spain away from him. Cuba has seen Spain at world meetings lately with Romano and he knows that he was just a replacement for the former colony, but that’s okay with Cuba. As long as he sees Spain’s smiling face once in a while, he’s happy.
