This is me, trying to answer these for a character who only appears in the comics, DESPITE HAVING NEVER READ THE COMICS. So this is almost 100% personal headcanon, sorry guys.
2. Do they have any daily rituals?
Oh goodness, probably a lot. I can see him taking comfort in routine.
3. Do they exercise, and if so, what do they do? How often?
Yes, weapons training. Several times a week.
7. Favorite way to waste time and feelings surrounding wasting time
Just quiet, relaxing things like reading. He's the kind of person who enjoys being sociable and has many friends, but needs regular time alone to recharge because he tends to become a shoulder to cry on and it can be emotionally draining. He has a strong work ethic and unselfish attitude so I think he'd feel a little guilty about taking time out for himself.
10. Neuroses? Do they recognize them as such?
He's a pretty balanced and together sort of person, so not really. I guess he can be overly concerned with what other people think of him, such as worrying that he's irritating or that he seems arrogant. This makes him come across as quite guarded.
23. Is there one subject of study that they excel at? Or do they even care about intellectual pursuits at all?
Does strategy count? Idk, I don't think he's overly intellectual, though he is quite intelligent.
27. Who do they see as their best friend? Their worst enemy?
I think he has many friends but no particular 'best friend'. Later on it would be Thor, though. His worst enemy is whoever is the biggest threat to the safety of Asgard.
31. Thoughts on material possessions in general?
He'd be relatively attached to his favourite weapons, but generally regard all items as replaceable and unimportant compared with the worth of his friends and family.
34. What activities do they enjoy, but consider to be a waste of time?
Erm... ~seduction? Lololol, I don't know. I think he'd regard anything that has no usefulness beyond his own personal pleasure to be a waste of time.
47. How do they express love?
By being open and frank about his feelings.
48. If this person were to get into a fist fight, what is their fighting style like?
Efficient; he'd fight in self defense only, and try to disable his opponent as quickly as possible.
