New recipe! Love the flavors in this Vietnamese Beef Stew recipe for Instant Pot. The lemongrass, 5spice and star anise were perfect. The bread was toasted in the oven with melted butter, garlic and pepper flakes. Them topped with scallions and jalapeños. Some notes: Not a fan of using the Meat/Stew setting...it cooks on high pressure and the meat was a touch overdone. I will use my stroganoff manual pressure recipe next time. The gravy was too runny. I pulled out all the vittles and poured the sauce into a pan and added a slurry which thickened it nicely. I did not have the Hu Tieu noodles, so used some Chinese egg noodles which weren't bad.
