FAQ054 Can more than one person simultaneously access the participant dashboard?
Yes, it can be accessed by around 3 people at the same time. They will need to use the same username and password. We have built in this feature, especially to help you with the Culture Audit© submission.
FAQ037 Will Great Place to Work® share the Culture Audit© scores even if we do not opt for the Culture Audit© report?
No. A deeper analysis and scoring of an organization's Culture Audit© data is an extensive process and therefore is done only for those organizations that either meet the threshold score on employee feedback and/or have ordered a detailed report on the same. This is done to ensure that we keep the cost of carrying out this study within control and that organizations do not have to pay additional fees to undergo the assessment.
FAQ010 How is Culture Audit® Part 1 data inferred and how is it used for evaluation?
Culture Audit® Part 1 data is used in aggregate for our analysis to understand industry trends and help create benchmarks. These benchmarks are offered to all the participating companies to help benchmark and plan actions that have maximum impact on their employee perceptions in specific demographic groups.
FAQ009 We don’t have data for certain Culture Audit® Part 1 questions. How can we submit it without this data?
There are some data fields which are mandatory and some which are optional.
In case you do not track a particular field which is mandatory or do not have exact data, kindly inform your Assessment Manager over an email.
FAQ008 Our levels of employees are quite different from your standard ones. How do we group them and give Culture Audit© information?
We understand that the segmentation of the levels of employees differs from industry to industry and organization to organization. But, we need a broad level division to understand the industry trends for these demographics so that we can share it back with you. We have four Levels of employees namely Below supervisory, Supervisory, Managerial, Senior Management. ‘Below Supervisory’ are workmen / field staff (production, services), clerical staff, sales force. ‘Supervisory’ are the supervisors that supervise workmen, clerical staff. ‘Managerial’ are managers that supervise the managers. ‘Senior Management’ is the top management team.
FAQ007 I do not have any practices in a certain practice area. Can I submit the Culture Audit© without that?
Yes, kindly mention that you do not have any relevant data under the practice area.
