I know the white coverage isn't the best, but this whole thing took 3 batches of buttercream just to frost. 1 batch split for the purple and blue, and 2 batches of white. I topped it off with mica powder, extra sparkly sprinks and some lil galaxy star mix sprinkles for extra magic.

**THE HORN WILL BE PLACED UPON ITS BEAUTIFUL LIL HEAD AT THE PARTY**

I absolutely (UNINTENTIONALLY) inhaled enough powdered sugar and mica powder to fuel a bakery ;-; but SO worth it to pull this off

But I will say, for not having done something like this in almost 7 years, I think it turned to out pretty good ❤️ especially the mane, I had to improv on the tail bit bc the frosting was super light there, but otherwise F A B U L O U S

Rough approximation of orientation, now I just need the purple ones to finish baking and cooling, then I can move on to the base layer of buttercream frosting +decorations

After the cupcakes are all done and I have the buttercream prepared, I'll use a little to "glue" them to the tray before moving on to the white base frosting (the local Safeway bakery gave me the box but I forgot the insert, so I'm working with what I have available) it was definitely a good call to make 3 batches of cupcakes so I have enough in colour variation and achievable size. The leftover cupcakes will probably be inhaled by my roommate upon completion xD

Afterwards, I'll place some of th mane details before adding this cute premade unicorn face kit I got, then finish out the mane and a couple other small rosettes

I did end up having my partner add some extra edible mica powder to the horn to make it extra shimmery for added magical effect. There will also be select colours in the mane with some of the powder to give it that *chef's kiss* look
