The first meeting was when Josh asked Chris to pick something up from the bakery, saying he didnt have time himself. Poor Chris didnt know he was about to have his heart stolen.
The bakery was welcoming and cozy so he was surprised to see someone so different behind the counter. Lets be real, Chris has a thing for piercings, so his eyes would be on the pretty metal decorating your face. The next thing he notices is the dark clothes and makeup, a stark contrast to the cute bakery.
Still Chris just stared with an open mouth, completely in awe at your beauty.
"What can I help you with?" you asked with a friendly smile but Chris just stuttered around, his head empty.
It took a few tries but he finally got out enough words so you could understand him.
At first Chris felt super embarrased, swearing to himself that he will never come back. But as you hand him Josh's order with a smile and a little treat as a gift, he is just feeling butterflies in his stomach.
The contrast to your dark looks to the cute baked treat you gave him really stole his heart.
But once he tried your baked goods? Hes a goner.
Chris just visits daily to taste some of your bakings. The fact that he gets to see you is just a big bonus.
After months of daily visits and him always stuttering around, too shy to ask you out, its you who writes your number down and gives it to him.
For the rest of the day Chris has visible hearts floating around him.
He still visits every day, his terrible attempts at flirting make you laugh every time.
No matter how much time has passed, he is still mesmerized every time he sees you.

And if anyone ever makes a mean comments about your looks? Hes your biggest cheerleader! Just going back and forth between telling you how stunning you are and how the person should get some taste if they cant appreciate beauty!
All in all, Chris is a lovesick puppy and doesnt mind that he had to get bigger pants.
