Hey, you dropped some tags onto a post chain I was with about carbs. And Look: If you can afford a weird fad diet where you're trying to starve yourself thin by only eating meat, that's not healthy eating: It's class warfare. It's like having pale skin and long fingernails to show you don't do manual labour. It's like having a silk dress and milking stool to milk a cow that gets washed more than the staff who run your fantasy farm. Cutting carbs is saying you don't actually need to eat for work, and you can afford to have people run out and import weird foods.

yeah that makes sense for the ppl i had in mind when writing those tags. it extends to more than just their diet, it’s their entirety.
