Hey there again! I was wondering if you could help me. I downloaded Petz Workshop & tried to make a quick hex, B+W Shorthair base. It wouldn't let me select a pet, just a breedfile. Is there a program that can hex individual petz? Also, I think the breed OW/new breed didn't show up in the adoption center because I put a random bunch of numbers for the ID. How do I create a singular ID for a new breed so it can be recognized in game? Thanks for any help!
Hi! Hexing is usually done off the breedfile, not the individual pet, as pet workshop doesn’t support .pet files. You have to use LNZ Pro and do manual coding if you want to do a .pet file:

and even with LNZ Pro, it is eaiser to work off the breedfile than the pet. The breedfile’s code has more labels etc so it’s just eaiser to work with. I’d reccomend downloading LNZ Pro if you don’t already have it. Most people use it in conjunction with pet workshop because there’s a few things you can’t do with petworkshop, like texturing and anchoring spots.
As for the ID, make sure your breed file has a unique name. I’ve found most 4 digit ID numbers will work as long as they aren’t already taken by another breed. A number like “1561″ as an example will probably work.
