I hear that if someone makes a pact with a demon, the demon kind of protects the person, so ... maybe Zero can try to make a pact with Demon, so he won't get hurt anymore?

Info: Zero doesn’t have powers and is a sad boy, depressed, and cries every night.
Demon!Angelo (Demon)
Info: Demon easily gets stressed with everything and everyone and the only thing that makes him calm is dogs. He is moody, angry. Rarely, he is loving and careful with people. He is also jealous.
Werewolf!Griffen (Wolffen)
Info: Wolffen is similar to Griffen in that he’s cheerful and loves puns. He also has dog-like instincts (tail wagging when happy, likes to chase squirrels, can smell/hear extra well, etc.). He doesn’t harm humans, but sometimes hunts rabbits when he loses control. Zero scolds him for it, but Demon encourages it. His eyes are naturally brown, but when he’s excited, has instincts, is transforming, or in wolf form, they are golden-orange. They only turn red when he’s extremely angry, like his friends getting hurt.
