an oc based on my best friend! (named by him as well)
-He’s three moons older than Hazeldust but they didn’t get close until they were both apprentices
-He refuses to go into MarshClan territory because of how much he hates frogs and toads even though not all of their territory is marsh/bog land
-He has a sister and a brother who everyone calls the twins: Rooksong and Dapplerose, he was actually in the same litter but he was born a day later than them (and even apprenticed a day later) so his older twins treat him like they’re much more senior than him
-He also has a mother: Rosemouth, but the father is unknown
-He has a niece, Dapplerose’s daughter: Graypaw
-It’s very obvious his mother knew exactly what she wanted his name to be since birth
-When Ryetail ate Hazeldust’s pet mouse (named Mouse-pet) he vowed to never hunt or eat brown mice ever again in solidarity with her (which years later they both still hold to, gray, tan, white, and any other color they find is fine though)
-He’s afraid to use his strength, but is very protective, particularly over his niece and Hazeldust
-He actually finds kits annoying and never wants his own but kits ADORE him
-Because of this he ends up on kit sitting duty a lot lol
