Don't question how or why, but if the VBPS MC were to be wearing Wax's jacket (okay fuck it, they were both caught in a really bad storm) and Currant saw it a while after they came home, would there be a problem? Internally? Overtly?

Yep.

While there are somethings about the situation he could acknowledge would be working towards his goals, it also rubs him the wrong way. He'd definitely warn Wax off. Not too obviously, but with a glare or passive aggression.

Well, he'd be very, very amused. He isn't self conscious about his soul- unlike most of the horror skeletons- he knows what it's like, and he doesn't give a shit.

Domestic fluffy Currant inbound! (With a bit of toxicity!)

This is gonna be fun ;)

Sans is relaxed into the couch with you pressed into his side, scrolling on your phone while he watches television. It’s relaxed, quiet nights like this one that he appreciates so much about you.

Then you suddenly jump to attention, and his soul immediately starts humming. He latches one arm around you, pulling you tighter to his side.

“What is it?”

“It’s nothing serious,” you say, looking up at him, “I just realized I promised to hang out with Martin tonight.” His soul calms for a moment, and then what you said registers.

“Who?”

“A friend of mine! I introduced you to him last week, remember..?”

He really can’t be bothered to remember someone he’s not going to see again. “Nope.”

“Well, I gotta go,” you say, but he tightens his arm around you.

“Why?” You’re perfectly fine right now. Why the fuck would you leave to spend time with someone else when he’s here?

“Because I said I would,” you say, and try to pull his arm off of you. Too bad he’s stronger than you are.

“Just ditch him,” he says.

“Sans,” you groan, kicking your legs, “I’m not gonna cancel plans to feed your clinginess.”

“I’m not clingy,” he grumbles, “I just don’t see why you need to go. You don’t even seem excited. You forgot about it, didn’t you?”

“Hey, we talked about this,” you say, “you can’t just keep me all to yourself.” Like hell I can’t. “I need to have my own life outside of you, remember? Wasn’t that what we agreed on?”

Fuck that. He pulls you into his lap and fastens his other arm around you. “Sans, don’t make me pull the card.”

“Why the fuck are you so insistent about this? What are you going to do with him that’s going to be any better than what you can do with me?”

“I’m so insistent because he’s my friend and I like spending time with him. Besides, I gotta stick to my word. You know that.”

He growls.

“Sans.”

He growls a little more.

“Oh my god, Sans, you’re so melodramatic! It’ll only be a couple hours.”

“Do you like him better than me, then?”

“No! God damn it, skeleton, I like you both for very different reasons. Now would you please let go?”

“No.”

“Sans…”

“Nope.”

“I call the diplomacy card,” you say. His magic sparks a little, his bones warming.

“Seriously?”

“Yes seriously. But you have to let me go first.” Not worth it. He tightens his hold. That is, until you turn to press a kiss to his jaw.

“Fine.” He lets go, and you smile victoriously.

“Wonderful, see how this works out for us?” You ask, and then press a kiss to his teeth. “Eventually, you’re going to realize I’m not just going to ditch you.” He frowns. “I’ll be back at nine, alright? Don’t wait at the door while I’m gone either, do something.” You say, already heading for the door. He watches you go, phalanges sinking into the couch. Opening the door, you turn back to him with a grin, “love you!” You shut the door behind yourself. Asshole. He settles back into the couch, irate.

Currant: it's a lot more intense than a want, but yes.

Currant: what?

y/n: if you hurt Rust 37 times ill go with you...willingly.

Currant: ya serious?
