Witchblr, I need help

I can't give a lot of details, but a horrible person who I can confirm has mentally and physically abused a friend of mine has manipulated someone into anointing him. There's not enough evidence to convict him so my friend feels powerless. Is there anything I can do about this? I'm worried this person is going to continue to manipulate and hurt my friends if I don't get involved.

How does one curse a system/institue/entire college?

Like, I want it to fail as a college, I want peeps to stop going there, I want bad stuff to happen to the college, like, members of staff quit and such.

Is it possible, how would one do it and how much energy will it ‘cost’?

still not totally okay holy fuck. pretty sure someone has cursed me or something because today was a horrible run of luck like:

constant nightmares

depression being was worse today

suicidal thoughts

going out and having a sucky time

nearly getting robbed and the car stolen

like yeah something is seriously up here
