Innocent Marriage | Kotone & Silver

Kotone sighed as she finished cleaning a certain bedroom. It was a fairly nice one, with a couple's bed. Just at staring at it, Kotone felt her cheeks burning. The reason for it? She would be using that bedroom soon, with someone. It was for the same reason she was cleaning the room. She wanted to make sure that everything was in order, for her first day being married.

The brunette sat on the bed, reminding herself of the things that happened. She and Silver would be married for a week. In that week, they would live together, as a married couple in that home. Kotone arrived first to check things up, but he soon would arrive as well. It was when she heard the sound of the front door opening.

"A-ah!" Kotone suddenly stood up and dashed to the door. If they were married, at least she wanted to be a proper wife to him. That is why, as soon as she arrived, she decided to greet him properly. "E-eh...Welcome back, dear!"

A large group of people have come

It wasn't that Black was intimidated by crowds of people. No, he just felt a bit uneasy due to the bullying he had faced. He could handle crowds just fine up to a point that is.

Sketchbook in hand Black had wandered around the Circus. Hoping to find a nice and quiet place. Where Black normally would stay, he found a whole group of people. He was nervous but chose to try and speak.

"E-excuse m-me. But yo-you're ki-kind of blo-blocking m-my way t-to my s-sp-spot." Black said. His stutter had returned thanks to the huge group of people. It was embarrassing but Black tried his best to appear confident.

"I... I rea-really nee-need to g-get thr-through..." Black said as he cleared his throat. The stuttering wouldn't stop. This was just great. He'd be mocked for sure. Upon scanning the crowd he saw two fellow Circus workers and felt relieved. It was only short lived before he had also spotted the Chairman.

Silver shoved his hands in his pockets before approaching Kotone. It's wasn't like he was nervous but he felt like he /had/ to do this. "Kotone..." Silver said softly before feeling his cheeks turned red. "I love you."

Kotone flushed heavily. Was he serious? Somehow, after hearing those words, the girl couldn’t process her thoughts properly. However, at the same time she was confused, she felt happy. She didn’t know why, though. After hearing those words from him, there was a happy feeling she couldn’t ignore, even with her accelerated hearbeat. The brunette didn’t understand what kind of feelings were those. She knew Silver was an important person to her and knew she enjoyed being with him. However, Kotone was really naive about love. To the point the girl could easily mistake all the symptoms as a common cold. At this moment too. After listening to Silver’s confession and feeling her face suddenly hot, Kotone wondered if she had a fever. She also wondered why part of her hoped Silver was telling the truth. Glancing at him with a red face, the brunette finally asked, stuttering “Si-silver-kun….are…are you serious?”
