Marcel looked up as soon as he noticed someone staring at him from across the room. Feeling a bit uncomfortable by that, he shifted in his seat. Since he had his new shorter hair and really tried out wearing contacts, he felt like everyone was staring him down. Somehow, he found the words to talk. “Can I help you with something?” he asked, his voice a bit shaky.

“Oh, no. Don’t me.” Evangeline interrupted him, brows scrunching together into a deep frown. “I can smell it coming off of you. A fucking fluffy one.”

            narrow eyes looked up the tree. michael was glad he was wrapped up tight into the black coat, protected from the thick snow that was falling down on them. ❛ it is. ❜ the blond agreed, his thoughts moving on already since it wasn’t what they were looking for, it wasn’t the plant he needed. of course, even the antichrist knew of the TRADITION around mistletoes, he’d been living amongst humans too, for many years even. and yet, he felt too awkward, too prisoned in his own head, to bring it up and possibly RISK the embarrassment. 

            ❛ so what is it about it ? ❜ he preferred to pretend he didn’t know what exactly the mistletoe called for. icy blue hues came to rest on ivy, questioning and almost stubborn.
