This was published as a Marvel Limited print, and I believe it was used as a poster. It has been published in multiple books as well. Johnny was interviewed by Tom Scioli and Ed Piskor for their cartoonist kayfabe youtube channel, and he mentioned that of all the work he's done over the years, this is the one that he will never sell. It is hanging in his office, next to his drawing desk.

How did I get into Harley Quinn? Reading Batman comics, duh. She is starting to be omnipresent. She is basically DCs answer to Deadpool: deadly, capable but fun. She is smart, A doctor in psychiatry but also mentally unstable. For ages she was misused as female Joker but in newest Suicide squad stories she has grown. The movie suit follows the suicide squad outfit and is by her choice a vamp piece. her sexuality was not just there for fanboys to wank it fits the story. Her story.
