In "Smarter Than a Speeding Bullet", Comet Guy makes the comment that Darkwing's patrolling is more akin to villainy on his planet, as the heroes do not need to look for trouble, they will simply hear it and stop it.

However, in "Planet of the Capes", it is established everyone on the planet (minus Ordinary Guy) is a superhero, and there are no supervillains at all (again, minus Not-So-Ordinary Guy). This continuity snarl can be disregarded if we assume Comet Guy misremembered his own planet's history.
