Curve 2 Synthesizer Now Available For Mac, Windows

Here’s a program for all your dubstep or brostep producers out there.  Cableguys has released the second rendering of Curve, Curve 2 for both Mac and Windows users.  The creators designed it to be simple and easy to use, while still powerful enough to create experimental and wobbly sounds that dub lovers are so fond of.

Sounds are generated by aliasing-free oscillators with custom waveforms, and noise generation with broad frequency modulation options.  Low Frequencies are “drawable” which allows you to create tones using a visual approach.  There is also an included preset library with access to shared online databases, so you can see what others are working on. http://www.synthtopia.com/content/2012/10/03/curve-2-synthesizer-now-available-for-mac-windows

My friends at Cableguys have released Curve2 - a fantastic sequel to their unique synthesizer. Draw complex and precise waveforms and use them for sounds and modulation upon modulation routing. It's a pretty nice beast to get lost in, with an excellent community preset system built-in. I'm personally happy to see a number of improvements in this one, including leaner CPU, a very sweet filter, and a revamped modulation system.
