This was not included in the children’s book I was working on (even though it was my favourite from all tbh) so I’m gonna share it here.
Hey everyone,
I promised many times, I’m gonna try being active here again; so maybe I’m gonna share something that’s not entirely new but maybe interesting enough?
So I actually released a little indie comiczine last year. (Thanks to my friend Milan, who’s managing Zsiger, where the zine was and keep being sold up to this day)
The reason I wasn’t so vocal about it, because it was released in Hungary so far, (and Hungarian only) but we have distant plans to translate it to English someday. Although some of the comics in this issue was already uploaded on my blog (including relatable doggo and that cheetah comic - wich actually had a little bit of different translation in Hungarian, so I might need a lil update on this one)
Anyway, so far it sold pretty well. Infact, the cheetah comic was nominated to Alfabeta Award - wich is a very small, but still a honorable nominee between Hungarian comic artists. Thus apparently, I’m the first woman winning it so far, so uhm, female empowerment checked? :”D (lol jk, I don’t think my gender determinates anything art related, really)
Anyway, if there’s any chance this could be translated one day, I’m thinking to have two options: Gumroad or/and signed physical copies. The digital one will be probably cheaper, but I know some people like to have physical copies (I do! I love holding comics!) so maybe I can manage to print out a few.
PS: Btw I’m an idiot and never actually take photos from my signed things (Milan does, but I don’t have his photos) but I have this one, wich I did to a foreign comic collector (I think he was from Switzerland?)
