Dude, we're a book store....not a record store
Customer: "Where did all your guys' CD's go?"
Me: "Well when we brought in the (eReader) this department shrank down, but I can look something up for you if you'd like" is what I was trying to say. This jerk kept interrupting me.
Customer: "You guys had SUCH a huge selection before. What was that other bookstore in (city)?"
Me: "Borders- they went out of business-"
Customer: (talking over me) "It wasn't you guys-"
Me: "Borders- they went out of business-"
Customer: "Yeah Borders, what happened to them?"
Me: "They went out of business..."
Customer: "Huh...why?"
Me: "I don't know...."
He ended up bitching and bitching and I ended up nodding and Hmmm-ing the entire transaction.
If you're looking for a CD, honestly you should go somewhere that's known for selling them. If you think it MIGHT be hard to find, order it online.
