“This game is straight garbage, dude!!!!”
Dan was just happy to be there and involved.
A short snippet of the morning after...
(Because this was too cute not to post)
Mashuel woke up. The elezen's eyes creeping open only after a subtle shift reminding him that his body ached for some reason. It wasn’t the worst kind. He was familiar with this. The question is whether the damned Scholar somehow weaseled out of the bed, or was still there. A hand reaching up to glance along that side of the bed without any real aim. His vision just the slightest bit bleary from sleep.
Usually a prompt and early riser, not that this trip had shown it, the Sharlayan was still asleep as well. He hadn't moved once over the night, arm under his head to cradle that horn as was necessary, and an arm over the Elezen's waist. He was content, til a hand was on his nose. A confused sleepy sound as one eye opened. "...can I help you..." was the tired mumble.
Oh. That was very much his face. So he was still there. Of course he was, and Mashuel wasn't going mad for a second time in his life. The fox yawned then long and a bit loud. Those sharp canines flashing with the gesture. They didn't seem to vanish when he wasn't feeding. Though the hand moved to nudge white strands of hair out of his face. "Hmmn...no...I'm definitely alright for the time being."
That mess of hair had matted again with his sleep and the soft move was appreciated. A lazy tired smile before Mitsue's free hand came up to take that nudging one, turned it slightly to kiss the back of it. "I am as well... I'm a bit surprised."
