JOB OFFER Beef production worker cutting line, full-time Leiden region For one of our clients in the Leiden region, we are regularly looking for motivated production staff for cutting beef. Together with your colleagues, you carry out cutting work on a production line in a refrigerated working environment. You are responsible for safety and hygiene measures being adhered to all times whilst ensuring quality requirements are met. A requirement skill is high level skill in handling of knives and have experience within a production environment for beef. Start time is 6:00 the end time is variable. Your tasks include: - cutting and portioning of beef; - meat quality control; - cleaning the workplace. Job requirements: - MBO work and thinking level; - possess cutting and knife skills; - recent work in portioning and cutting beef; - knowledge of technical parts of beef; - mastery of the Dutch/English language is a plus, not a requirement.
