Dean can't breath as tears spill down his cheeks & he shakes violently. His mouth is open wide as he thrashes around but Cas doesn't stop. Keeps tickling his sides only stopping long enough for Dean to gasp, draw in just enough air, before he starts again. Skating up Dean's sides to the spot right between a couple of ribs that always sends the hunter into a fit of giggles. He has Dean pinned down on the bed & isn't letting up anytime soon. Sometimes he just wants Dean to laugh & tickling works.
