Part 2 of my Cathedral Festival Kick-Off post

After the parade, we made our way to the picnic area.  They had hotdogs, which were great for the sunny day that we were fortunate to get.

There was also performances of drummers, belly dancers, and more.  I’ll probably post some videos a little later on today.

There were also painting areas for the people who brought there kids.  It was awesome to see so many people out with their families and their pets at the event.

The Cathedral Village Arts Festival kicked off with a parade down Elphinstone St. The week long festival features art shows, buskers, concerts, and many other events in the Cathedral Village neighbourhood of Regina.
