Perhaps she had been looking at the man for a moment too long, but he just seemed important somehow. Not necessarily familiar, but there was a certain aura to him that had Rey trying to figure out what it was that stood out about him. When he spoke to her, she glanced at the ground awkwardly, not sure how to reply. Was there? She wanted to know who he was, after all. “Possibly...just, wondering if you were with the Resistance, and what your role is...” A stupid response, but she didn’t want to outright ask, “Who are you?”

She didn’t know this man well at all, but he seemed to be talking more to himself than to her, anyway. But ever the present listener, Rey nodded, now a bit hesitant to attempt to add in her own opinion. “What were their opinions about? Or are you just...speaking of it hypothetically?”
