"Uncle Davey, up!" Vinnie said, lifting both arms to the sky. //I'm sorry I want to do a thing with the bebe because he's unbearably cute.//

“Vinnie, darling!” Exclaimed the Duke, turning earnestly to pick the young boy up in the air.

"If it's worth anything," Cora began as she held Vinnie in her arms (who had apparently just devoured a cherry Popsicle) "Vinnie thinks you're the best uncle in the world."

"Awww, darling...” The Duke was genuinely touched beyond compare; a feeling of unparalleled bliss and flattery briefly engulfed the dark and melancholy core. “I’m honestly touched.” He smiles, standing from where he sat and tossing the newspaper onto the side. “And I’ve the best little boy , yes I do.” He coos, pinching Vinnie’s cheeks and rubbing their noses together.

Max hadn’t seen Cora in a long time. So for Christmas she decided instead of spending it with family, she’d spend it with Cora as a surprise. When she made it to Cora’s place, she knocked on the door, bag in hand. The snow was falling softly, landing on her red beanie hat. She waited patiently for someone to answer.

Max looked at Cora with a confused look. “Fetish? I wouldn’t say that. But he does like his black and white, yes.” Oh, Cora if you only knew..... Max rubbed the back of her neck and nervously laughed.

“Yeah, I guess. I still don’t believe that I am as good. I normally just take photos of nature and things that speak to me.” She shrugged lightly.  The bus then rode up to the school and Max looked between it and Cora.

“Care to join me? I was just about to head to the Two Whales Diner.” She smiled. Can’t wait to get something good from Joyce.
