So it turns out I've been getting plenty of sleep, I'm just tired because like energy/effort probably??

Yup! It's made out of a pretty thin jersey-like material. I'm unsure as to its actual fiber content, but it burns and doesn't melt, and it smells pretty nice while burning, so presumably it's something natural, mostly.
