Hunter found patrol of the market the most interesting of all routes because even if nothing really happened, he could just watch all the interesting people go by on their daily business. However mid-watch he was very surprised to see someone carrying a staff that looked exactly like his. This was something worth looking into and he followed the cloaked witch from a distance to see where they were headed and if he could get them alone to confront them.

Mmmmmm you think so? Idk he reads to me more like a chill guy: tank tops, t-shirts and cargo pants. The only times I could see him wear these fancy clothes could be in a summer theater production. Maybe he could have kept it from after the show and wore it once or twice, but it's be too annoying to wear while he's working
