Genji hated when civilians got in the way of operations. Bu he managed to see the blonde head in time to jump in front and deflect the sniper round back at the assassin. 

“Are you stupid?!” he snarled, accent thick as he grabbed the other’s cybernetic wrist and tugged him into cover, “keep your head down or lose it, blondie!” God, he was going to give Gabe an earful, sending him to this stupid mission. Some dangerous sniper, could barely fucking aim. 

He looked at his current charge, a sharp look in his red eyes. “Stay low and you’ll get out alive, omnic.” He’d never seen a model like this, but omnics were always updating how they looked. It wasn’t too shocking.
